Method: per-element Figma IR (bbox + per-run font/case/color) vs DOM `getBoundingClientRect`/`getComputedStyle`,
normalized to Figma px. Hover proven by real `chrome` hover + computed-style read (not CSSOM-only).

The page was already substantially built; this round measured every section from scratch and fixed the
mismatches below. All sizes/colors/weights/hovers stated are measured facts unless flagged hypothesis.

## Fixes committed (per section)
1. Section-tab hover → Figma variant (yellow bg / navy text / Medium / no border).
2. Team-card image hover `origin-bottom` (bottom-anchored zoom, not center).
3. Why-CFS heading 55→50px/-2px + desktop rest title 24→31px (hover→19px verified).
4. Mobile leading-cards r10 + Light 15px; mobile team-card name 21px / Padma sub 15px.
5. Mobile CFS-equipment tab text 18→17px.

## Open questions / residuals
- **CFS Equipment mobile structure**: Figma mobile is a single fixed-2-tab card; kept dynamic wrapping-pill tabs per the NON-NEGOTIABLE CMS dynamic-tab rule. Confirm client accepts the more-robust layout over the pixel-exact 2-tab card.
- **Equipment panel image**: shared placeholder across 4 panels; Figma fills tab-0 with a real Catalys-laser photo. Left as CMS placeholder (dynamic panels). Wire real per-tab images if the client provides them.
- **Avant-Garde "Load More" hover**: kept site navy-fill convention; did not pull its component-188 hover variant to diff. Low risk; flag if exact hover matters.
- Global side padding is 16px (px-4) vs Figma's 25px mobile / and inner container renders ~1.5% narrower than Figma 1396 on desktop — consistent project-wide choice, not a per-section defect.
